Regional Sales Manager

It is widely used in the diamond industry for its comprehensive listing of diamonds and up-to-date pricing information.

RapNet is a part of the Rapaport Group, which is known for publishing the Rapaport Diamond Report, a widely respected price list for diamonds. Your responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.

• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. • Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.

• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Individual contributor who can grow a business exponentially

• Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships within the industry Skills and Qualifications • Minimum 4-5 years of B2B sales experience preferably from the Gems & Jewellery Industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships

• Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques

• Experience in lead generation and prospecting

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. • High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Customer-focused with a strong business acumen.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings Language Known – English, Hindi, Local language is a plus Salary Range - As per industry standards (INR)
