Job Description:

The Sr. ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the analysis, configuration,
implementation, and support of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate
will possess a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to
collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize and enhance ERP functionality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis:


Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze ERP system requirements. Effectively
communicate requirements to ERP vendors, and Identify opportunities for process improvement and
efficiency gains.

Project Leadership:


Coordinate various stages of ERP implementation projects, including but not limited to planning and
design, data validation, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system architects,
to ensure project success.
System Configuration and Customization:
Configure ERP systems to align with client needs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Oversee the development and implementation of customizations, integrations, and extensions as
required.
System Implementation:
Participate in the planning and execution of ERP system implementations.
Ensure successful deployment of ERP modules and features.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans to validate ERP system configurations.
Conduct thorough quality assurance to identify and address issues.
User Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on ERP system functionality.
Offer ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


Utilize ERP system data for analysis and reporting.
Coordinate modeling for data conversions to ensure consistency across locations.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, and configure screens to meet the information needs of
various stakeholders.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of ERP implementations, including
system configurations, customizations, and user guides.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to align ERP solutions
with business goals.
Collaborate with vendors and consultants as needed.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERP system updates.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Knowledge, skills and/or abilities:


Preferred Skills:


Familiarity with ERP modules such as finance, human resources, supply chain, etc.
Experience with ERP system testing and quality assurance.
Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
Project management skills.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
