Job Description:
Site Incharge is responsible for the on-ground management and implementation of solar energy projects. Their responsibilities include:
- Project management: Leading the planning, execution, and commissioning of projects
- Team leadership: Building and leading project teams
- Stakeholder communication: Liaising with government authorities, local communities, and other stakeholders
- Project progress: Monitoring project progress and ensuring it's completed on time and within budget
- Safety: Ensuring adherence to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines and policies
