Job Title: Instrumentation Manager
Job Summary:
The Instrumentation Manager oversees the maintenance, calibration, and repair of instrumentation and control systems at the power plant, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Instrumentation Strategy: Develops and implements short- and long-term plans for instrumentation maintenance, upgrade, and replacement.

Team Management: Supervises Instrumentation Technicians, Engineers and contractors, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations.

Maintenance and Repair: Oversees maintenance, calibration and repair of instrumentation and control systems, including planning, scheduling and execution.

Troubleshooting: Leads root cause analysis and resolution of complex instrumentation issues.

Quality Assurance: Ensures adherence to quality standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Budgeting: Manages instrumentation budget, including forecasting, cost estimation and expenditure tracking.

Documentation: Maintains accurate records of instrumentation maintenance, calibration and repair.

Compliance: Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.

Collaboration: Coordinates with other departments (e.g., Operations, Maintenance) to ensure instrument-related activities align with plant goals.
