Job Summary:
The Manager, Mechanical Maintenance (SID) oversees mechanical maintenance activities for the Steam-In-Drum (SID) power generation unit, ensuring reliable and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Strategy: Develops and implements short- and long-term mechanical maintenance plans for SID unit.

Team Management: Supervises Mechanical Maintenance Supervisors, Engineers, and Technicians.

Maintenance and Repair: Oversees routine, corrective and predictive maintenance of mechanical systems.

Budgeting: Manages mechanical maintenance budget.

Quality Assurance: Ensures adherence to quality standards and procedures.

Compliance: Ensures compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.

Collaboration: Coordinates with other departments.
