Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic-thinking male Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, developing promotional strategies, and driving brand awareness for True Colours. He will also oversee market research, customer outreach, and the overall promotion of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our painting services across various channels.
Lead market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer preferences.
Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Manage social media and digital marketing efforts to boost brand visibility.
Collaborate with external vendors, designers, and agencies as needed for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the construction or services industry.
Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media, and SEO.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive results.
Experience with marketing analytics and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
