The Electrical Shift Incharge is responsible for overseeing the electrical operations of the power plant during their assigned shift. This includes ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of electrical systems, troubleshooting electrical issues, and leading a team of electrical technicians.
Key Responsibilities:

Shift Operations: Supervise and coordinate electrical activities during the shift, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.

Electrical System Monitoring: Continuously monitor electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, and transmission lines.
