We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst with strong IT expertise to
collaborate with our sales team and help drive business growth. The ideal
candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT, excellent
communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving.
● Provide technical expertise, including hands-on coding and software
troubleshooting.
● Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical insights and
solutions.
● Assist in creating technical proposals and solutions that meet client
requirements.
● Must have prior experience with project estimations and managing
high-profile projects.
● Work in close coordination with development and sales teams.
● Analyze and optimize systems and processes to enhance productivity
and efficiency.
● Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
● Ensure seamless communication between technical teams and client
● Will be interacting with the Client regarding requirement gathering,
Project Updates, and Business Analysis.
Required Skills
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT fields.
● Strong technical skills with coding experience.
● Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile,
Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
● Proficient in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or
Trello.
● Must have excellent interpersonal, documentation, and facilitation
presentation skills with excellent spoken and written English.
Experience in communicating with Clients
● Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical Clients.
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online
marketing and measurement
