Job Description:

Position:        Executive - IR

Location:       Vadodara

Experience:   8 - 10 Years

Industries:    Pharma

 

Responsibilities:        

  • Handling of litigation and liaise with Govt. bodies.
  • Knowledge of vigilance matter as referred to legal branch.
  • Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal agreements or documents.
  • Grievance Handling.
  • Developing labour policies.
  • Knowledge of appeals in superior court and taking resource to other legal remedies.
  • Statutory compliance under :-
    1. Factories Act 1948
    2. Provident Fund Act
    3. ESIC Act
    4. The Apprentice Act 1961
    5. The Contract Labour (R & A) Act 1970
    6. The Minimum wages Act 1948
    7. The Payment of Gratuity Act 1972
    8. The Payment of Bonus Act 1965
    9. The Equal Remuneration Act 1976
    10. Inspection under The Labour Welfare Fund Act
    11. The Payment of Wages Act 1936
    12. The Maternity benefit Act 1961
    13. The Industrial Employment ( Standing Orders) Act 1946
    14. The Industrial Disputes Act 1947
    15. The Trade Unions Act 1926

Required Qualification:- B.Com/LLB/MBA - HR
