QC profile with ALCO experience

Job Description:

• Analysis of Inprocess, Intermediate, Raw Material, Stability and Finished product samples as per approved specification/Test method/Protocol and recording of analytical data in to analytical data sheet.
•  
• Prepare and standardize the volumetric solution and reagent as per SOP  by following the Good Laboratory practices, Good documentation practices during the analysis.
•  
• To prepare QC SOP, Standard Test Procedure (STP) and test data sheet.
•  
• Perform calibration, Verification and Preventive Maintenance of the laboratory instruments as per the schedule and maintain the records.
•  
• Initiate Laboratory incidents, Out of specification,  Out of trend and deviation on its occurence and participate in the investigation of Lab incident/OOS/OOT/Deviation to find out root cause and form CAPA.
•  
• Take lead in trouble shooting in the discrepancies observed in the equipment/ instrument during routine analysis and closely coordinate with responsible persons to resolve the problem on priority.
•  
• Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other department within the business, which may be requested by the supervisor, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.
