Position:         Line Leader - Production

Location:        Daman

Responsibilities:

• The production assistant or line leader is responsible to run production line in accordance with time, safety and quality requirement efficiently.
• Controlling the line to meet the desired output
• Meeting daily target qualitatively and safely
• Monitor hourly performance of the line and display the all line performances on visual board
• Preparing line related documents like reconciliation, codification, man hr, Log book.
• Line balancing based on needs
• Time study and proposed for improvement to address bottleneck stations.
• Proposing ideas for increasing throughput and reducing headcount
• Controlling defects and downtime on the line, identify and report abnormality of equipments.
• Providing the training and qualification to workers and machine operators
• Should have basic knowledge of machine operation with technical, quality and safety features
• Coordinate with technicians and motivate machine operators for autonomous maintenance
• Maintaining 5S of the line
• Stock balancing and inventory accuracy of the line
• Ensuring the strict compliance of work instruction and standard procedures
• Reporting Near miss, incident and accidents and calling RCA within 24 Hr.
• Timely sending Finished goods and Raw Material to WH
• Preparing the skill matrix of the line and review periodically
• Completion of RCA actions, NC and safety action within timeframe
• Experience in process improvement, continuous improvement, Kaizen, six sigma, lean management, Process Engineer

Required Skills:

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills. 
• Filling line, packing line, assembly line, formulation, SAP, Inventory management
• Manpower handling, production planning, SOP, 5S, Problem Solving, PDCA,  Six Sigma, Cycle Time

Required Qualification: - ITI/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Any

Salary :- Upto 1.80 LPA
