Manager – PR & Marketing - Reputed FMCG MNC Company - New Delhi (Okhla Phase 3)
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Manager – PR & Marketing for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Heading up to the PR & Marketing division based on his/her expertise in the marketing field.
- Implementing SEO improvements in collaboration with agencies.
- Developing and distributing content on social medical platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (including YouTube kids), and Moj etc.
- Utilizing WhatsApp Business for direct communication with end users.
- Conducting mass advertising (e.g. TV commercial, transit ads) and coordinating with agencies.
- Executing large scale sampling activities.
- Developing POP content for use in sales locations.
Age: up to 35 Yrs
Work experience: Total = 8 years (should be minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in marketing for consumer goods).
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/MBA (Marketing) with any recognized University
Candidates Profile:
- Ability to plan, execute and evaluate strategies based on KPIs for smooth business operations.
- Proficiency in quantitative data analysis and computer skills (e.g. Excel, Word, Power point).
- Strong written and presentation skills to communicate key messages effectively.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills to translate corporate philosophy and strategic direction into departmental policies and initiatives.
- Project management skills to oversee multiple projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with superiors and subordinates.
- Ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
- Negotiation skills for managing relationships with agencies essential to the role.
- Candidate with pleasant personality, Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), excellent knowledge of computer, marketing skills with FMCG background.
