Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous
improvement.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; use insights to inform strategies.
Sales Management: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting; drive performance
through KPI tracking.
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Analyze market trends and
adjust strategies accordingly.
Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets for agents and monitor their performance through regular evaluations and feedback. Provide
guidance to help them meet or exceed their goals.
Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand positioning and messaging across all channels; ensure consistency in marketing
materials and communications.
Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email, events, and promotions.
Customer Relationships: Build,foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, finance, and other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with
business goals.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for upper management, detailing team performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
