Job Description:

Job Title: Quality Control Officer

Location:
Marine Lines, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Educational Qualifications Required:
Degree in Dairy Technology or B.Tech.

Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email communication.

Experience Required:
1 to 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the dairy or food industry.

Salary:
Best in the industry (It will be on Talisman HR payroll).

Working Hours and Work Week:
10-hour flexi shift, 6 days a week, with a weekly off from Monday to Thursday. Working on all major festivals, including Diwali, Ganpati, Dussehra, Holi, Parsi New Year, etc.

Reporting To:
Production Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the quality aspects of incoming raw materials and finished products, ensuring they meet the specified quality standards before shipment to customers.
2. Maintain daily records of certificates of analysis and ensure compliance with all quality control processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive research and development, including product feasibility studies, prototype creation, and product stabilization for scale-up.
4. Conduct comprehensive studies on the product lifecycle before its release to the market.
5. Develop new products and enhance the effectiveness of existing ones through research and innovation.
6. Ensure compliance with FSSAI rules and regulations, both in reporting and plant operations.
7. Manage the filing of Form D2.
8. Quickly identify and resolve any quality-related issues that arise during production.
9. Maintain strong communication with all departments and collaborate with the Customer Relationship Officer to address any customer complaints related to product quality.
