02.10.24   HPS/2024/614 Side Supervisor/ Eng Male 4 0 to 3 BE/Diploma Civil Eng
 
 
A side supervisor or engineering manager has many responsibilities, including: 
 
 
  • Project management
    Overseeing construction projects from start to finish, including planning tasks, managing resources and budgets, and tracking progress 
     
     
  • Leadership
    Leading a team, motivating workers, resolving conflict, and making timely decisions 
     
     
  • Communication
    Collaborating with other management personnel and working closely with teams 
     
     
  • Technical skills
    Diagnosing and resolving technical difficulties, providing technical advice, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations 
     
     
  • Problem solving
    Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues 
     
     
  • Organizational skills
    Keeping track of multiple projects at once and ensuring all the necessary information for each project is available
