Position:           Store Officer

Location:          Ankleshwar 

Experience:       2- 3 YEARS

Industries:        Chemical

Responsibilities:

• To receive the materials supply by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the purchase department.
• To check the materials for compliance with Purchase Order and control Specifications. 
• To Organize the materials category-wise and stock in the appropriate location.
• To Take Appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
• Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all time .
• To follow safety procedures for ensuring safety materials and men working in stores.
• To maintain housekeeping of stores.
• To issue materials to the department as per the requisitions and schedule.
• To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts Department for payment along with GRN.
• To take action for disposal of scrap materials as per the procedure.
• To maintain all the documents up to date.
• To attend audit by the auditors.

Required Skills

• Expertise in MS Office.
• Manage purchase of consumables and report for inventory variance to purchase officer.
• Prepare and Maintain GRN, Inward/Outward Register, Inventory  .
• Stock keeping, Inbound Logistics, Outbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Stores, Warehouse Management, Warehouse Operations.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.60 LPA
