Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Tele caller to contribute to generating sales for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls, explaining our products or services, answering customer questions, and securing sales. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in new customers and developing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address inquiries.
• Handle customer queries, provide relevant information, and resolve complaints over the phone.
• Accurately record details of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Persuade customers to purchase products/services by demonstrating how they meet their needs.
• Follow up on leads and customer contacts generated through marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly/weekly/daily targets for customer acquisition and sales.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Stay informed about the product portfolio and company updates to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Report issues, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities to the management.

Key Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate telecommunication tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Professional and friendly tone on the phone.
