Job Responsibilities:

 

A data entry supervisor manages the day-to-day operations of data entry operators, while a loading and unloading supervisor manages the loading and unloading of goods: 
 
 
  • Data entry supervisor
    Responsible for the day-to-day operations of data entry operators, including: 
     
     
    • Supervising shifts and directing shift supervisors 
       
       
    • Recruiting, selecting, training, and evaluating staff 
       
       
    • Preparing and monitoring the departmental budget 
       
       
    • Reviewing documents and materials to be input 
       
       
    • Ensuring data entry devices are clean and maintained 
       
       
    • Evaluating machine capabilities and recommending upgrades or purchases 
       
       
  • Loading and unloading supervisor
    Responsible for the loading and unloading of goods, including: 
     
     
    • Checking and tracking inbound or outbound goods 
       
       
    • Recording information regarding the shipment of goods 
       
       
    • Allocating work to loaders and unloaders 
       
       
    • Supervising the loading and unloading of goods 
       
       
    • Inspecting the work area and warehouse facilities and equipment periodically
