Job Description: Quality checkers -Garment
Knowledge of Factory Rules
Knowledge of Excise Rules
Knowledge of Lab-our Laws
Knowledge of Sales Tax/ Vat preferred,Account/GST/Export/Tally ERP 9 Experts
Thorough knowledge of Machinery used for manufacturing of Mixer Machine and its parts
Production Planning and Control
Technical knowledge of products to be manufacture
 
 
A quality checker in the garment industry is responsible for ensuring that garments meet quality standards and are safe to wear. Their duties include: 
 
 
  • Inspecting: Checking the quality of garments at various stages of production, from raw materials to the final product 
     
     
  • Comparing to standards: Using industry-appropriate methods to compare garments to standards and ensure they meet them 
     
     
  • Auditing: Conducting quality audits during the manufacturing process 
     
     
  • Analyzing: Analyzing quality reports and developing improvement plans 
     
     
  • Training: Training and managing new quality assurance team members 
     
     
  • Reporting: Reporting defects, malfunctions, or other problems to senior management 
     
     
  • Maintaining: Maintaining and testing instruments and equipment 
     
     
  • Advising: Providing advice to management on how to maintain excellent product standards
