Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President at Grow House Wealth Management and shall act as a Key Managerial Person. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to support the company's growth initiatives. The role requires excellent leadership, management, and analytical skills. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations and ensuring smooth execution of projects.
Responsibilities
- Performing due diligence, Drafting and filing of Prospectus
- Ensuring compliance of listing requirements of the stock exchange
- Preparation/ maintenance/ update of checklist and its monitoring to ensure timely completion of IPO procedure.
- Coordinate with capital market intermediaries | Regulatory officials
- Administration of filings with MCA – Stock Exchanges under applicable law
- Drafting of Notice, agenda notes, resolutions, consent letters
Qualifications
- Leadership, management, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree in finance, accounting, or related field (CA/CS/CFA/CMA)
- 2+ years of experience in a Merchant Banking Company
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Knowledge of financial markets and regulatory requirements
- Experience in managing people and projects
- Strong business acumen
CTC Offered for the role - 18 - 24 Lakhs/Annum (May change as per Experience and Qualifications)
