Telesales Executive-Tender Department
Job Description:
Job Summary: The Telesales Executive in the Tender Department will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying tender opportunities, following up on tender submissions, and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure the company's bidding activities are successful.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling: o Make regular outbound calls to prospective clients, vendors, and stakeholders to identify business opportunities. o Collect and verify tender-related information from online portals, government websites, and clients. 2. Client Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. o Respond to inquiries regarding tender documents, procedures, and eligibility. 3. Data Management: o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, inquiries, and tender follow-ups in CRM software or Excel sheets. o Keep track of deadlines, submission requirements, and client correspondence. o Manager in compiling bid documents as per client specifications. 4. Market Research: o Stay updated on new tenders, market trends, and competitor activities. o Identify new industries or sectors where the company can bid.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum HSC/Graduate degree in any discipline. Proven experience as a telecaller, sales representative, or similar role. Excellent verbal communication skills in [language requirements]. Basic understanding of tender processes is preferred. Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
