Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities :

  1. The candidate is responsible for driving & promoting services offered by the organization to prospective clients and generate new business avenues by sourcing new clients.
  2. The candidate is expected to promote the services offered by the organization to potential and key targeted customers from medical fraternity in Delhi NCR.
  3. The candidate is expected to gain alignment with prospective clients to conduct breast cancer screening and awareness drive and execute strategic alliance for onboarding corporate clients.
  4. Execute business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer relationship and ratings for future growth.
  5. Maintain positive professional relationships with existing clients and nurture relations with prospective clients.
  6. Drive, plan & execute knowledge exchange programs with prospective clients from Medical fraternity.

Requirement :

  1. Proven track record for generating new business avenues, and sourcing new clients.
  2. Relevant experience 1-2 yrs in customer service, marketing, and product promotion in gynaecology would be preferred, however open for candidates from other therapies as well.
  3. Strong customer focus and can optimize work processes for driving efficiency & productivity.
  4. Good market & customer knowledge in therapy area of Gynaecology would be preferred.
  5. Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
  6. Self- Motivated for personal & professional growth Growth Prospects & Career Road Map The candidate will be assured of a secured employment opportunity and defined carrier roadmap to grow and excel with organization and by expanding a team of similar talent under themselves.

Educational Qualification: B.sc/M.sc/B. Pharma/PGDM

Annual CTC : 3 to 4 LPA

Additional Perquisites:

  • The candidate will be eligible for Daily Allowances, Boarding & Loading Allowances and Travel Allowances for HQ & EX-HQ basis required field work as per the company policy and in line with Industry standards.
  • The candidate will be eligible for a Special Incentive for creating new business avenues as per the company policy and in line with Industry standards.

Job Location /HQ– Gurugram

Out station Travel: Expected travel for 7 days.

Expected HQ Travel (In station Travel): 15 days Total
