Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the textile sector.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Data Management:
Maintain and update the CRM database with customer interactions, preferences, and feedback.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records to facilitate effective communication.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Help prepare sales proposals and presentations based on customer requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and sales performance.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in customer engagement processes and suggest actionable strategies.
Collaborate with the team to implement best practices in CRM management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss customer feedback and enhance product offerings.
