Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales & Business Development:

      • Identify and target potential clients in industries like manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, water treatment, and other sectors.
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and distributors.
      • Promote and sell MS pipes, ball valves, cement sheets, and other related products.
      • Conduct regular market research to identify trends and opportunities.
    2. Client Management:

      • Handle client inquiries, provide product specifications, and offer technical support.
      • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase product benefits.
      • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for the company.
    3. Sales Targets:

      • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
      • Prepare sales forecasts, monitor competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
    4. Reporting:

      • Maintain accurate sales records and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
      • Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to products or services.
    5. Collaboration:

      • Work closely with the internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and payment processes.
      • Assist in promotional and marketing activities when needed.

    Key Requirements:

    1. Educational Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA in Sales/Marketing would be an added advantage.
    2. Experience:

      • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in products like MS pipes, valves, cement sheets, or related materials.
    3. Skills:

      • Strong understanding of industrial products (pipes, valves, cement sheets, etc.).
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts.
      • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
    4. Other Requirements:

      • Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients across different regions.
      • Valid driver’s license.
