Job Description:

Position:        HR & Admin Officer

Location:        Degam - Vapi

Experience:     1- 2 Years

Industries:      Plastic

Responsibilities:        

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate hiring processes with hiring managers.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and training.

• Employee Relations:

  • Address and resolve employee queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and escalating complex issues to senior HR staff.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

• Performance Management:

  • Assist in the performance appraisal process, including preparing materials and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate employee feedback sessions and development plans.

• Training & Development:

  • Help in organizing training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Track and maintain records of employee development and certifications.

• HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
  • Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee time records and attendance data.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills

• Good in communication

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation       

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
