We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Executive / Assistant Manager of Marketing to spearhead marketing efforts for construction chemical business in Gujarat / MP Location. This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand presence, and driving lead generation and conversions in the retail market. The role is based in Surat, Gujarat Location and involves traveling across Gujarat & MP to engage with stakeholders, retailers, dealers, and partners.
As a Marketing Executive/ Asst.Manager, the person will be the first point of contact for our customer. Duties include offering ATL & BTL Brand activation. The person will be managing Marketing Activity across Gujarat & MP Location.
Multitasking skill is essential for this position. This role requires working 6 days a week and from 9.30
a.m. to 6.30 p.m.,
Ultimately, Marketing Executive /Asst. Manager will be working to support sales teams and meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement localized marketing strategies for construction chemical sales in Gujarat & MP state, aligned with the overall brand vision and strategy.
Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, on-ground, and traditional media, aimed at driving awareness and sales.
Lead and manage marketing activities such as van campaigns, meetings, presentations, expos, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility in rural and urban markets.
Build and maintain relationships with local dealers, retailers, and other stakeholders to drive regional growth and conversions.
Monitor the performance of marketing activities and optimize campaigns for better effectiveness and ROI.
Collaborate closely with the sales and product teams to develop customized marketing collaterals and tools.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Track and report on KPIs and marketing effectiveness to management.
Key Result areas
- Planning and executing all BTL (Below the Line) activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service visual placement like shop boards.
- Provide marketing assistance to sales team through on time execution.
- Develop quality signage vendors across all areas and ensure adherence of standards across all units through constant vendor development and back- checks.
- Market Mapping and Visibility audits.
- Make a track on the spend v/s budgets by city.
- Open to travel across city for ground reality.
Job Experience: 2- 4 years in branding with hard-core BTL activation.
