Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Founder Office Associate/Personal Assistant. This role demands strong leadership skills, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and a "do-it" attitude. You will work directly with the Founder, managing projects, leading communication between departments, driving key business strategies, look after over all operations and brand management.. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about being part of a startup and contributing to the growth of something significant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee and track the progress of key projects across all departments, ensuring timely and quality execution.
  • Strategic Decision Support: Work closely with the Founder/CEO on strategic decisions by providing insights, data analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Cross-Departmental Liaison: Serve as the primary communication bridge between different departments, ensuring cohesive collaboration.
  • Team Management & Hiring: Assist in recruitment, manage team records, oversee salaries, and ensure payroll operations are smooth, including payslips and documentation.
  • Financial & Accounting Oversight: Provide support in financial planning, budget management to maintain strong financial health of the company.
  • Social Media & Branding: Oversee social media management, brand positioning, and marketing strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reach.
  • PR & Event Planning: Plan and coordinate PR initiatives, internal/external events, and other branding activities that elevate the company's reputation.
  • Meetings & Calendar Management: Schedule and manage the Founder’s calendar, ensuring efficient time allocation and meeting preparation.
  • Research & Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and provide insights that help shape company strategies.
  • Startup Mindset: Be deeply involved in creating processes, systems, and a culture that foster innovation and growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven experience in project management, strategy formulation, and execution and brand management.
  • Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience working across multiple teams.
  • Experience with social media, brand management, PR, and event coordination.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and contributing to company growth.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Suite, and project management software.
  • High adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
