Job Description:

Position: Operation Manager-RMC Plant 
Location: Al Tawyeen, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates
Reports to: Operations Manager/General Manager
Joining: Immediate 

Role Overview:

The 60m³/hour captive RMC plant is intended for the sole usage of upcoming in-house White and Grey Cement plants construction. The Plant Incharge will oversee the entire operation of the ready-mix concrete plant, ensuring efficient production, quality control, mix design finalization, customer (civil contractor) coordination, and effective team management. The role is key in maintaining operational efficiency while meeting customer requirements and ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plant Operations:

   • Manage day-to-day operations of the RMC plant, including production planning and equipment maintenance.
   • Ensure timely and efficient production to meet customer demands.

2. Quality Control:

   • Monitor and maintain quality parameters of raw materials and finished concrete.
   • Oversee testing and sampling to ensure compliance with standards.

3. Mix Design:

   • Develop and optimize concrete mix designs as per project specifications.
   • Ensure the mix designs meet both quality and cost-effectiveness requirements.

4. Customer Coordination:

   • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and resolving issues.
   • Ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and met by the production team.

5. Team Management:

   • Lead, train, and supervise plant staff to ensure smooth operations.
   • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

6. Compliance & Reporting:

   • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
   • Prepare regular reports on plant performance, quality control, and production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Material Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RMC plant operations, mix design, and quality control.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, operational management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design, quality standards (ACI, ASTM), and production processes
