Position:          Sr. Quality Engineer

Location:         Sanjan Nearby Vapi

Experience:     4 -7 Years

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Certifying bodies for conducting External Audits within the timeline.
• Ensuring Internal Audits are conducted timely.
• Ensuring all the NCs (Internal/External) are closed within the timeline.
• Adding new certification in the interest of organization.
• Coordinating with BIS for ensuring continuity of BIS license.
• Engaging with NPD (New product Development) and ensuring all the processes are followed. Documentation is reviewed and approved.
• Ensuring all the prerequisites are completed before launch of any new product for commercial production.
• Validating and approving new or change in existing Process/Product.
• Overseeing all the SOP’s/ Work Instruction and supporting documents and to ensure to have it as per QMS standards
• Required Updates to be made within the Documents in the provided SLA.
• To have all the Documents available for Internal and External QMS Audit.
• Ensure Sustenance to Internal & External QMS Audit parameters and considerations.
• Preparation of the RCA and the 1st investigation report along with the concerned department for the Customer Input received.
• Timely review and closure of the Customer Inputs- (CI-Sustenance Audit) and the Internal CAPA.
• Document Preparation and inspection for APQP Phase 4 and to provide results of sample trial run in phase 5.
• Preparation of Factory Acceptance Test / Inspection and Test Plan/Quality Assurance Plan for the direct customers.
• Data Validation and preliminary review of the data presented within the department.
• Ensuring the safety of the team members by empowering them by the required knowledge.
• Audits for cross functional department and safety CAPA.
• Development of inspectors and other team members with respect to QMS representatives.
• Adherence to provide departmental inductions to new joinees.
• Adherence to the timeline for Projects and OKR’s assigned.
