Job Description:

We have an opening for the Assistant Manager / Manager (Sales) for a reputed Company in the Real Estate Industry for Palghar Location.

 

Department- Sales Fulfillment (Closing Manager)

Reports To- VP – Sales & Marketing/CRM/Pre-Sales

 

Job Description:

 

  • Must have 7+ Years in managing 50+ CPs and delivering sales through Channel Partners.
  • Must be a sales champion in closing individual and group sales deals.
  • Responsible for selling Rowhouse, Apartments and Plots.
  • Must be experienced in organizing CP Events single-handedly and deliver results.
  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale, Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. Target Achiever. Cold calling to
  • arrange meetings with customers to prospect new business.
  • Handling sales, channel sales for selling the projects in various communities in market.
  • Regularly conducting the corporate shows, marketing activities, banking activities for improving the sales in particular project and supporting CRM
  • Should be able to achieve the monthly sales targets and helps in company's profitability Conduct business in such a manner that the brand value of the company is enhanced Introduce new methods to enhance sales of flats
  • Developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract with brokers and media partners for sales operation Ability to close sale deals by coordinating requirements

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate, Preferably MBA / PGDBM

Experience:

Minimum 0-7 Years in Sales from Real estate background Is preferable
