The Sales and Marketing Executive will represent the company in key industry events, public meetings, and functions to drive brand visibility and growth. This role demands expertise in sales and marketing across various products such as metals, minerals, cosmetics, carpets, and industrial/engineering products, with the candidate having a solid understanding of trading and export/import processes especially copper cathode , copper bus bar & copper rods. Proficiency in computer applications and ERP/SAP systems is essential for managing inventory and tracking sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing 1. Target Setting and Achievement: o Assist in setting team targets and work collaboratively to achieve goals. 2. Customer Coordination and Relations: o Maintain strong relationships with customers and principals, representing the company’s trading business. 3. Business Development: o Identify new customers, tap into market potential, conduct market analysis, and increase market share. 4. Process and Documentation Expertise: o Ensure a thorough understanding of sales, marketing, import/export processes, and international letter of credit requirements. 5. End-to-End Product Knowledge: o Maintain expertise across the supply chain, from suppliers to the final buyer. 6. Trade Finance and Insurance: o Demonstrated experience in trade finance insurance to support trading business operations. Finance / Accounts 1. Budget Preparation and Financial Management: o Collaborate with finance to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets and finalize balance sheets. 2. Bank Coordination: o Liaise with banks and manage financial agreements on raw material purchase and finish product sold out. 3. Letter of Credit Preparation: o Prepare terms and conditions for letters of credit as per international standards. Public / Human Relations 1. Strategic Leadership: o Align company actions with the board’s vision, partner with high-level officers, and ensure sustainable company growth. 2. Representation: o Represent the company at industry events, public functions, and important meetings to drive brand and corporate goals. 3. Team Management: o Effectively organize, lead, and delegate responsibilities within the team, resolving internal and external issues swiftly. 4. Conflict Resolution and Communication: o Demonstrate strong leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
