Billing Executive
Job Description:
1.Mis Preparation For Hold order with reason on daily basis and communication to BH & SCM.
2.NIL pick report to SCM and WHM on daily basis.
3.Ordering Sync in System ,if there is any issue informed to SCM/WHM and punch the order Manually.
4.Check and credit Limit of customer and take action as per SOP.
5.Location updation in system.
6.Pan/Pick Ticket Creation & printing.
7.Priortise the billing of accidental & VOR Order.
8.FIFO in billing (put Number in order on receipt of pick ticket).
9.Sharing of invoice in respective Groups.
10.Sharing Backorder billing details to BSE & TSE.
11.Update the billing status to BH/ASM Thrice a day(12:00pm,3:00pm,6:00pm).
12.Take the approval from SCM for any billing for MRP Change.
13.IRN Creation.
14.Filling of all sales Invoces.
15.Any Change in discount other than the policy to be taken written approval from BH/CFO.
16.Attend a monthly Meeting for billing Executive.
17.Maintain the Accuracy of billing by Selecting Proper Customer name and part number.
Coordinate with sales and operations team to ensure billing accuracy and completeness.
