Job Description:

Accounts, GST/ Vat & Dispatch:
 Maintaining all Books of Accounts Ledger and Bank reconciliation Tally
prime Software , Working of Sales and Purchase Data and Filed GST returns like
GSTR1, GSTR2B, GSTR3B
 Handle all types of accounts of an organizations and monitor daily cash flow and
expenditures.
 Co-ordination with stores dept for purchase bills accounting entries updation.
 Keep track on inventory, expenditure.
 Payroll verification, manpower statement, attendance verification.
 Verification of GRN
 Prepare financial statement (income statement, cash flow etc) monthly, quarterly , or
yearly in accordance with the requirement of the company
 Analyzing the costing of different accounts and keeps a records of all revenues and
expenditures.
 Work as an internal auditor for the company to support the external auditor.
 Prepare Sales and Purchase Data and for filing GST returns like GSTR1,
GSTR2B, GSTR3B

Dispatch , Logistic and Inventory
Proper coordination with Production Dept for of ready finished goods material and
shift for Dispatch unit, Maintaining inventory with space available, Checking Proper
weighment of Finished Goods, proper planning of vehicles & timely dispatches of
material with proper excise documentation, road permits with constraints of space & nil
inventories.
Computor and ERP System - Tally Prime , ERP Acmst, TCS Gst
Preparation of E-Invoice, E-Way Bills on Online working system for on daily basis
activities related to dispatch finished goods Tracking, Excise and Export.
