Job Description:
  • Minimum 2 years at National role of Trade marketing or More than 5 years at Regional Level as Trade markeing manager handling business size of more than 300 Cr
  • Trade Marketing Promotions and programs

1)Analyse and identify the need for Trade inputs and formulate the calendar basis the building blocks/ Analysis

2) Ensure all Trade offers are planned and executed as per calendar.

3) Ensure Trade scheme is accurately communicated down the line to up to PSR and Trade.

4) Create Tracking & monitoring & evaluation mechanism for each trade offer and share the analysis with all the stakeholders

5) Identify ITeS/ Sales automation report requirements for analytics and monitoring of Trade offers

6) Create Trade loyalty program for trade partners and align and execute them efficiently to achieve the desired results

7)  Measuring effectiveness and efficacy of all trade offers and improve/improvise to achieve strategic objectives

Visibility

1) Plan Visibility inputs based on Channel and Market requirements and ensure planning , allocation is streamlined for timely market execution

2) Create visibility layout for Stores and create process for monitoring of the same

Budget and process compliances

1) Managing the Trade budget within desired targets

2) Define and communicate Process/policies/Protocols to comply with trade marketing requirements

Training

1) Train the trainer for Sales call process/ Merchandising identification/

2) Tracking effectiveness and take corrective actions.

1)Well versed in Excel / PPT

2)Strong in Data interpretation / Data handling

3) Vendor Management

4) Clear understanding of P& L in case of Trade discounts

5) Having detailed data and process understanding of Trade marketing Role

6) Laying out of PSR Roles and Responsibilities and evaluation matrix
