Job Profile:
Identified and helped resolve non-conforming product issues.
Monitored production operations for compliance with specifications and promptly reported defects.
Maintained a high standard of workmanship by using only approved data, materials, tools and test equipment.
Utilized gauges, tools, and equipment to complete in-depth assessments
Inspected outbound shipments and conducted the random sampling to ensure product quality.
Performed preliminary, in progress, hidden damage and final product inspections
Evaluated INCOMING QUALITY, IM-PROCESS QUALITY and OUTGOING QUALITY for compliance with standards
Routinely checked measuring equipment to resolve testing problems
Identified defects during Daily checks
Identified and helped resolve production problems such as
Inspected and packaged products meticulously according to manufacturing specifications.
Discarded and rejected products, materials and equipment that did not meet specifications.
Prepared packages for shipment, pickup or courier delivery to customers
Corresponded with clients through email, telephone, or postal mail
Sampled 100% of products for detailed analysis
Completed precise measurements using special tools
Performed visual inspections and non-destructive tests where appropriate
Rejected defective products and approved correct products.
Kept work environments safe and efficient at all times.
Supported the company in maintaining a work environment focused on quality, communication, collaboration, integration, and teamwork.
Developed work-flow charts and diagrams to ensure production team compliance with client deadlines
