| 1 | Ensure the warehouse is maintained in a clean and organized manner, following 5S principles. | ||
| 2 | Maintain all parts in location One part, one location policy to avoid discrepancies and enhance inventory accuracy | ||
| 3 | Optimize warehouse space utilization while ensuring safety protocols are followed within the premises. | ||
| 4 | Maintain a daily report for random audits of inward materials, including FIFO adherence and location accuracy. | ||
| 5 | Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. | ||
| 6 | Assist in prioritizing order fulfillment based on customer needs and internal requirements. | ||
| 7 | Ensure the accurate documentation of stock movement and maintain proper records. | ||
| 8 | Ensure efficient material storage practices to prevent potential hazards. | ||
| 9 | Ensure smooth shift management and manpower availability. | ||
| 10 | Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any warehouse-related inquiries or complaints. | ||
| 11 | Depending on the business volume the logistics / transport responsibility shall be of AWHM | ||
