Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and online platforms
- Conduct structured follow-ups and close prospects
- Pitch offerings over calls and virtual meetings
- Update CRM and maintain accurate lead records
- Share regular sales activity and performance reports
- Achieve lead conversion and revenue targets
Ideal Profile:
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling
- Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
