Job Description:
 Managing the Business Development and Sales portfolio independently with current customers and find out potential new clients.
·       Interacting with international as well as domestic customers for pricing & product development related matters.
·       To increase the sales from Developed and new product development and improve the share of business from regular customers.
·       To establish annual sales plans for the assigned customer group & product category.
·       To achieve annual Business targets set with Marketing Head.
·       To coordinate and drive sales and new product development activities.
·       To work with different Costing models to arrive at pricing and for contract agreement.
·       To prepare Quotation and Negotiate with Customers for Individual RFQ.
·       To manage business relationship with the customers and increase business share as per established targets and Business Plan.
·       To find potential customers to explore market share for different range of products and meet the company’s growth requirements.
·       Any other task /project assigned by the superior from time to time.
 
People:
·       Identifies training needs and nominates team members for training programs                  
·       Drives a culture of performance amongst team members – sets goals, reviews and manages performance, guides, and counsels and provides feedback on performance to ensure a motivated and committed team   
·       Ensures a high level of employee engagement and retention of key performers
