Job Description:

Responsible for take care of Overall Office maintenance.  Responsible for monitoring daily attendance & making attendance sheet of employees at the end of month.  Responsible for take care of IT related issues of Company.  Responsible for HR Operations like Processing Salaries, Mobile Reimbursement, Loan, Other benefits of Employees.  Organizing any event in company after taking prior approval from Management.  Take care of AMC with Admin Vendors.  Take care of All the system, server, telephone lines, CCTV camera, etc.  Making MIS reports on MS office, checking mails, Making presentation on PowerPoint.  Arranging mobile and network connections for employees  File Management (Maintaining Admin & HR files and documents) .  Responsible for Processing payment of telephone bills & other admin vendor bills.  Stock Maintenance of Office stationeries & Printing stationeries.  Stock maintenance of Monthly Pantry Grocery.  Responsible for peons and drivers work allocation  Opening of salary account of employees & coordinating with bank in any dispute  Issuing of new CUG mobile connection, coordination with accounts department for bill payment
