Front Desk Executive - Law Firm
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff professionally; ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and messages; route them to appropriate contacts.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms for attorneys and clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive documents securely.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and order as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide general support to legal staff and clients as needed.
