Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations manager to lead and optimize plant operations, manage key accounts, and oversee the end-to-end operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills who can drive operational excellence and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have an MBA and demonstrated expertise in operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Invoicing Process & Operational Launches:
    • Oversee and streamline the invoicing process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
    • Lead operational launches, ensuring all necessary resources, processes, and staff are aligned for success.
    • Manage the complete operational cycle, from planning through execution and evaluation.
  2. End-to-End Operations Management:
    • Coordinate and oversee all facets of the operation, from production and logistics to delivery and customer service.
    • Continuously assess and improve operational workflows to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the operations pipeline to ensure smooth functioning.
  3. Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
    • Collaborate with various departments, including finance, procurement, and HR, to support cross-functional objectives.
    • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholder inquiries and issues, resolving them promptly.
  4. Key Account Management:
    • Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and responsiveness to their operational needs.
    • Regularly communicate with key accounts to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure retention.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on account performance data to improve service quality.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:

  • MBA is required, preferably with a focus on Operations Management or Supply Chain.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, invoicing processes, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.
