Job Description:
- Handling Payroll
- Handling Policies & Procedures for the company.
- Recruitments.
- Employee Onboarding, Retention
- PF / ESIC and other statutory compliances
- Strategic HR Consulting
- Monitor the HR department’s budget
- Create and run referral bonus programs
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Required Skills :-
- MBA/Bachelor Degree in HR
- Experience: min. 3-5 years
- Excellent English communication, both verbal & written
- Excellent Knowledge of PF, ESIC & Other statutory compliances
- Very good with Excel.
- Must be Techno
