National Sales Officer
Job Description:
Position Overview:
The National Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting . This position demands an experienced professional with deep knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry, a passion for client relationship management, and a proactive approach to field sales. The ideal candidate should be flexible and open to extensive travel to build and maintain client relationships, secure new business, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) segments.
- Promote The Park Hotel's offerings, including room bookings, event spaces, dining, and customized packages.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies.
- Identify key market opportunities and provide feedback to senior management for strategic planning.

Sales Reporting:
- Track sales performance and maintain accurate records of activities, prospects, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

On-the-Ground Sales Execution:
- Actively engage with clients through field visits, site inspections, and sales calls.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the hotel, tourism, or hospitality industry. Experience in B2B sales and key account management is preferred.
- Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, including understanding client needs in the hotel, tourism, and event sectors.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across India to meet clients and attend events.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and sales software.
- Personal Attributes: Strong self-motivation, result-oriented, customer-focused, and an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
