Collection Manager LAP Loan-Delhi and Ludhiana
Job Description:
| 1. To ensure achievement of monthly and annual Collection targets (Bucket X to all bucket) 2. Identification / empanelling of collection agency for the region/branch (for hard bucket cases only). 3. Monthly allocation & performance analysis of collection agency allocated cases. 4. Responsible for effective recoveries of existing NPA cases and for up-gradation (RB/Normalisation/OTS) of those allocated NPA cases. 5. To convert collections through Cash and PDC to ECS / NACH. 6. To handle customer dispute through field visits (Group recovery drive / visits), for problematic / complicated cases. 7. To initiate timely legal action on defaulting customers and track proceedings periodically 8. To manage, negotiate & initiate the waiver on settlements of the branches. 9. To liaison legal proceedings and represent the company whenever needed. 10. To ensure adherence to company-defined, ethical and accepted collection practices. |
