Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the expansion of the company with our vision to establish 300 outlets in South India within 3 years and 600 outlets across India within 5 years.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure smooth business development and market penetration.
  • Oversee franchise and outlet performance to ensure consistency in product quality and customer service.
  • Play an instrumental role in identifying new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities to facilitate rapid growth.

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in international markets (specifically GCC) is an added advantage.
  • Strong background in expansion and franchise management.
  • Experience in managing large-scale operations or business development, preferably across multiple regions.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Previous experience in international markets (specifically GCC) is an added advantage

Salary: 70 k

Experience: Minimum 5 yrs

Age needs to be between 28 – 40
