Job Description:
Job Title: Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai
Reporting To: HOD/TL
Salary Range: Competitive, with a fixed component and a performance-based variable structure.
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with 1st & 3rd Saturdays working
Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri) | 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (1st & 3rd Saturdays)

A technical services and engineering company established in 1987, specializing in design, fabrication, and installation for chemical process plants globally. The organization supplies corrosion-resistant equipment to various industries across multiple countries.
Role Purpose:
Support marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through a mix of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years in a marketing role with proficiency in Google platforms, data analysis, client communication, and digital marketing management.
- Knowledge of Power BI and data analytics is preferred.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, BBA, or BBM, with a preference for candidates seeking long-term commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the sales process from lead generation to order completion, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize these areas.
- Drive new customer acquisition, expand product offerings, and explore new markets.
- Leverage digital marketing tools like SEO, YouTube, brochures, and websites for brand enhancement.
- Coordinate with creative agencies to produce marketing materials and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with business development, customer service, and other teams to meet company goals.
- Conduct market research, define target audiences, and generate performance reports.
- Build and maintain a database of potential customers for business growth.
