Position - QA Head
Salary: Basis current package and caliber
Experience: Minimum 10 years
6 days working with Monday as a weekly Off
Department: Quality Assurance
Qualification: BE Mechanical/NDT Level II
Duties / Responsibilities
- To ensure all Products and Services meets established quality standards.
- Establishment of Internal Systems and External Systems (ISO/ASME/CE).
- Review and Update Quality Manual as and when required.
- To review quality related certificates and calibration
- Monitor welding procedures or ASME code requirements, to verify compliance with company, customer, and code specifications.
- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures.
- To ensure quality of work is done by vendors & to develop new vendors.
- Train and motivate employees to ensure that quality products are meet with standards.
- Coordinate with production department and engineering department
- Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing to information analysis.
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specification and quality attributes.
- Maintain and improves product quality by completing product company system and compliance audits.
- Prepare quality documentation and report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Prepare and update the internal quality documentation based on the recognized standards of ISO, U Stamp, ASME Codes.
- Review and Update Incoming/Outcoming inspection documentation
- Preparing Painting specification of Job
