Job Description:

Position:          IT Head

Location:         Daman

Experience:      8 - 10 Years

Industries:       Pharma - Formulation

Responsibilities:

• Overall IT Operations including end-user computing & Server Management
• People Management ( Soft Skill, Coordination)
• Experience on managing IT Infrastructure
• Experience on managing IT Security.
• Maximize employee performance and talent of Audit personnel Of programs or sub-functions in accordance with policies and procedures
• Define, own and maintain Enterprise Dev Ops Repository and collaboration Tools, issue resolution, delivery and implementation communication for leverage by all TDBG segments
• Define, own and maintain functional and performance testing tools, issue resolution, delivery and implementation communication for leverage by all TDBG segments
• Responsible for enterprise tool selection and evaluation in coordination with segment representatives and IT architecture standards
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with segment test managers, project managers and development teams to understand tooling needs, and communicate tooling capabilities
• Produce and continually communicate a Tooling Release Dashboard
• Implement and mature Test Data environments and Management principles in non-production environments to support tool implementations and upgrades
• Effectively administer, manage and operate tooling platforms and environments to meet TDBG needs
• Develop IT talent for Enterprise Delivery Tools including actionable development and succession plans

Salary :- Upto 10.00 LPA
