HR - Recruitment Executive
Responsibilities
- Draft JD’s, Source Candidatures, Screen Candidatures.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Offer Generation.
- Preparing Employee record and files.
- Create muster on HRMS.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department and manage upkeep of employee facilities.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an Recruiter with a consultancy .
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Demonstrable leadership abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Preferred Education :Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or Hospitality

- 2-5 years of Experience.
- Job Location: Delhi
