Job Description:

 HR - Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities

  • Draft JD’s, Source Candidatures, Screen Candidatures.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Offer Generation.
  • Preparing Employee record and files.
  • Create muster on HRMS.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department and manage upkeep of employee facilities.

 

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Recruiter with a consultancy .
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Preferred Education :Bachelors/Masters in Human Resources Management or Hospitality

                    Work Experience

  • 2-5 years of Experience.
  • Job Location: Delhi
