Role Overview:
The COO will manage overall business operations, implement strategic initiatives, and work closely with senior team members to ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives. This person will be responsible for driving daily operational efficiency and coordinating efforts across departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with company goals and values.
- Implement and monitor strategic growth initiatives in collaboration with the founder.
- Coordinate with the Training, Automation, and Marketing Specialists to streamline operations and maintain accountability.
- Develop KPIs and process improvements to monitor performance and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in operations or management, ideally within property management or a service-based industry.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing remote teams effectively.
